With extensive experience in the sport of swimming and a 40 year span of success covering Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand, Jan has the expertise to provide strategic business frameworks which in partnership with your company will facilitate successful structure and implementation towards performance improvement.

Jan has an Honours degree in Physical Education from Lakehead University, Ontario Canada, and a teaching background in Australia. Her career has centred around performance, with achievements as an athlete; winning a silver medal at the Olympics for Australia plus multiple Commonwealth medals.

She has spent the last twenty years in New Zealand after marrying Kiwi, Kevin Cameron. Jan successfully led and instituted system and structures which established a sustainable success model for North Shore Swim Club (top club in New Zealand even 10 years after her departure.) Her success includes strong and effective leadership and multiple medals by swimmers in numerous international teams. Strong outcomes have been achieved through mentoring both swimmers and coaches at all levels and most recently, leadership of the New Zealand Swimming, High Performance Programme as General Manager.
